Beautiful snake! I really love all the incredible creatures God created for me to admire. :-) We have a large yellow rat snake (basically the same snake but yellow instead of red), anyway this large yellow rat snake comes around a few times a year to raid eggs from the chickens. So far Pat or I have caught it/them before it/they get to them. Usually Aubrey or Joshua will then walk the snake all the way to the far end of our property and release it with an egg (parting gift).
