So today we ditched school (homeschool that is) and headed to the Discovery Science Center which we've only been to only once and we purchased a membership. It was almost the same price to purchase tickets for all of us and to get a membership so of course we did the latter. The children love it there and I hope to start going more often.

What's that you say? You took all six kids 7 and under to the Discovery Science Center on your own? No, no, I did not. Well I did take them there by myself but my mother-in-law met to help me out. Couldn't have done it without her.

When we went a couple months ago, there was a Thomas exhibit going on which was a lot of fun, especially for the youngers. Right now there is a really cool and fun lego exhibit which the older boys especially enjoyed.

So I'm really loving these curtains I purchased last night to try in our kitchen. Aren't they adorable? I like that they're see-through enough to let in the light and still keep my privacy. What do you think? I'm thinking of putting them in our "dining room" (more like an eat in kitchen) but maybe they're too "kitchen-y" for that? Hmmm..

This little guy has been wanting extra cuddles and nursings today. I think his second top tooth is about to pop through. I am loving it though. And to still be nursing at 8 months is such a blessing. This is the only the second of six children I've been able to nurse this long.

Ahhh, I have so much else I should be doing right now. Finishing up the laundry, cleaning the house for tomorrow's house blessing, planning what snacks to serve tomorrow, making Valentines with the children, making a grocery list, ect. ect. I've learned that I can only take one day at a time and everything usually just falls into place which will never cease to amaze me. (As long as I use my time wisely and don't spend too much time blogging ;)

And with that I'm off to get some of that done. Mom's night out in an hour and a half at a brewery none the less! Happy Weekend!
Linking up with Kelly over at This Ain't The Lyceum. Go check her out for more quick takes!

What brewery did you go to?
