
Well, I did it! Yesterday was the last day of my first Whole 30 and the 30 day shred workout DVD. I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it even when it was tough. I also reached my goal of losing 20lbs. Whoo-hoo. Overall, I would say I feel like I do have more energy and my cravings for different foods have totally vanished. I'm going to stick to clean eating for awhile, adding in a little dairy and a few whole grains before trying another Whole 30. My hubby and I also started doing the couch to 5k workout today. It's a nine week walking/jogging program and by the end, one should be able to run 3 miles without stopping. So we shall see how that goes. You can find more info. on that here. I'm so motivated to keep up the healthy eating and working out and hope to be back to a good post last three babies weight by the time Xavier turns 1. And just because, here is a picture of hubby and I all sweaty after our early afternoon run today.
I have definitely come a long way. I used to look out at the crazy joggers and say "I would never do that during the summer in this crazy heat and humidity", but that was me today. So here's to the end of a great beginning! Cheers!

Wow, good job Laura! So did you lose twenty pounds in 30 days or since having Xavier? Either way that's great!
