We have been doing a bit of extra school this week because I will be heading to Texas tomorrow evening for my grandmother's funeral and won't be back until Monday evening. I had such a hard time deciding if I should take Connor but in the end I decided it'd be best for both of us if he stays here with Gabe. He would not be a happy camper with all the driving and flying. I have to drive two hours to get to the airport, and then have a two hour flight to TX. Friday we are driving from Dallas to San Antonio which is a four hour drive and then Saturday we are driving back up to Dallas. It will be nice to spend Sunday with my family before heading back to FL. And me being five months pregnant with a toddler who doesn't like to sit still for very long - oy vey! Plus I think I will enjoy the adult time although I will miss my family terribly while I'm gone. I know Gabe will be able to hold down the fort without me and the children are going to love having Daddy home for 4 whole days and have him all to themselves!
