I have insomnia. I think it must just be due to being too uncomfortable at night to sleep well but it's pretty bad. :( I'm so tired and exhausted from it too. And I still have 3 weeks to go.....hopefully it will disappear after this baby is born.

The nights have been deliciously cool and refreshing. The days haven't been too bad either and we haven't turned on the air all week. But believe it or not, being hot woke me up just a few minutes ago. And I even have my fan on and the window open.....

10 more days until my Mom & sister arrive. Definitely counting down and looking forward to the help! It will also mean it's time to have this baby! :)

Tonight we had a small celebration for Aidan's baptismal day. I forgot to make him wear a paper crown like we used to do growing up. But my Mom & Dad (Aidan's godparents) sent him a small gift and card and I made a dessert and we lit his baptismal day candle. Elias's baptismal day is next Sunday.

I have gone through ALL of my boys clothes from newborn to 5T and weeded out two big garbage bags of stuff to give away. Things that are stained, old, worn out or too much of one size. I feel so accomplished! :) Now I just need hubby to help me put the bins away. I still think it's too warm to switch out summer for winter clothes though but I'm going to keep everything easily accessible.

Juliette has been extra clingy lately. She has been wanting me to hold her more often which is unusual for her. Usually she just wants to be held when Gabe gets home from work. But I am loving the extra time spent with her because there probably won't be much of that after the baby is here. She loves to just sit with me and talk and read books or look at the window or cuddle. I love it!

Tomorrow Gabe is planning to take the boys fishing in the morning and then we are heading downtown to meet some friends for the Gainesville art festival. I hear there are some fun art activities for the children as well as live music and puppet shows. It will be nice to get out as a family and enjoy the beautiful weather.
I'm sorry you're not sleeping well :( I was the same way right before having Michael. I hope it gets better when your baby is born. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but I am sleeping WAY better now with a newborn than I did 9 months pregnant. Michael is a really easy baby, so that's part of it, but mostly I think because I have my body back. It feels really good to have a break from being pregnant! Hang in there a little longer girl!
