Right now Juliette is having a temper tantrum because she wants to take the Uno Attack game to bed with her. She's in love with that thing. We were trying to play a family game tonight and all she wants to do is press the button and watch the cards fly out. Maybe I should let her play with it during the day so she'll get over it.....crazy girl! Right now she's playing with it and growling when the cards fly out. Lol.

We were attacked by a nasty stomach bug this past week. First it was Kieran, then two nights later Aidan, then Gabe and Juliette and finally Elias. Connor and I weren't affected thankfully. I wonder why? Maybe it's because I'm washing my hands 24/7. Anyhow, I am so thankful and relived that it is over and hopefully we'll have a stomach-bug free weekend.

We've been doing some family biking the past couple weeks which has been a blast. We biked to the park last weekend, and yesterday I pulled Juliette in the trailer and Aidan tagged along on his bike. We went to the park and rode around on the the trail. It was a great work-out for me. I'm definitely looking forward to more bike riding and I hope we can get over to the big paved bike trail one of these days.

We have two camping weekend trips booked; one in February and one in April. I can't wait! Aidan has been asking me about camping for the past few months. I hope we can do a few more before the weather gets too hot. It's such a great family activity and we always have so much fun. Unless we get a stomach bug on a camping trip like last year. That was AWFUL!

I had to postpone the baby shower that I was going to throw tomorrow until next weekend. It all worked out for the best in the end though because I definitely wasn't ready with all the sickness in the house. Unfortunately some of the gals are going to be out of town next weekend though so that kinda stinks. :( But I always have so much fun planning and organizing parties. :) I still haven't posted pictures from Kieran's 3rd birthday party - I should do that soon.

We went through our toy bin yesterday and got a bunch of stuff ready to donate. Ahh...I love weeding through things and getting rid of what we don't use. We have now moved our dress up clothes to the big toy chest and we now only have a small box of toys which is fantastic! :) I also posted a few things on craigslist to see if they will sell. If we do buy more toys in the future, I want to make sure they are good quality so they will last and that they are mostly all wood.

A funny - A lady came today to purchase one of our toys and right after she walked out the door Aidan asked very loudly "is she poor?" My living room window was open so there is a good chance she heard. Gabe has been talking about donating some of our toys to children that are poor so I assume that's why he asked.
Have a great weekend everyone! Click on over to Conversion Diary for more Quick Takes!
