Today.....

was a good day.  A very good day to be exact.  This past week has been hard for me and I've been emotionally all over the place with not much patience at all.  So I am definitely thankful for a good day.  Maybe it was because I got more sleep last night?  Last night Juliette slept in her pack n'play next to our bed.  She only woke once at 3AM and I nursed her and gave her a bottle.  I kept waking up through out the night thinking she would need me but she was just fine.  I think she definitely sleeps better in her own bed than she did with us.  She would nurse the whole night and would wake so often when she was in our bed.  This morning I took all the kiddos to Old Navy and Target and they were very well behaved.  We got back and did lunch and naps.  I even took a short one.  After naps the boys played out in the sprinkler while I tidied up the house a bit and figured out what the rotten smell in our pantry was coming from.  (Rotten potatoes)  I also received my Amazon order super fast.  I got a diaper sprayer for my cloth diapers which will be so awesome and some more tupperware sippy cups and plates as well as a new wet bag for my cloth diapers.  Yesterday my mother-in-law sent a box of clothes mostly for Elias which I'm so thankful for.  He's been needing 5t for a while now and I just haven't been able to get out and get him a new wardrobe yet.  Now the boys are playing happily together and there is a delightful thunderstorm outside with the refreshing smell of rain and a cool breeze.  Tonight we are going over to the neighbors for a fish taco supper so I needen't think about making dinner.  Ahhh...such a refreshing day and I'm so thankful.  Now, just looking forward to hubby coming home and it's the weekend!  It's so nice to wake up and know he'll be around for the next two days!
