Florida laws

I was researching laws for child restraints in a car and I discovered the Florida is the only state left in the US that requires children to be in a car seat until they turn 4.  The average age that most states require children to use car seats is until age 7!  That seems a bit old don't you think?  However, we are planning to use a booster seat until Elias is at least 6.  I found it interesting to see what each state requires as far as child restraints goes so I am posting the link.
