7 Quick Takes

Trying to decide if I should make chocolate pie or lemon meringue pie tonight for dinner.  I love both but have made neither before.  Maybe I'll have to make both..hm...  Also have some french bread in the rising to go with tonight's clams and noddles dinner.  We are having guests so I hope everything turns out well.

Elias has been wetting his bed lately and I don't know why.  This afternoon he woke up soaked from his nap.  This is the 2nd time it has happened this week.  Hm...I've heard some children regress after being potty trained.  Hm...I hope this is not the case.

My sis and her hubby were up here for two nights and it was so nice to see them!  My bro also came up for one night.  They left yesterday.  :(  I wish they could have stayed longer.  We had fun though.  Yesterday we went to rainbow springs and the water was so refreshing since it's been TOO hot out lately.  Hopefully my bro will come up again next week for a few days to visit before we head to Texas.

I still have so much to put away and organize.  All three bedroom closets are in a huge disorder.  (now I'm continuing at 9 pm).  This room is a complete mess.  I was finishing up a little scrap book project to give to my friend this evening and there are stickers and paper spread out ALL over the floor.  But it turned out great.  It was for our friend Camila who is part of our St. Anne's book club and she and her family are leaving tomorrow.  They are heading to Hondorus to be missionaries.  We will be praying for you Irwin family!

Thank you to my wonderful hubby who made the dinner tonight while I finished up the scrapbook.  It turned out delicious!  Thank you to neighbor Nick who did all the dishes for me.  It was a real treat!  (Lorrie you have your hubby well trained.  :)

I'm happy it's the weekend and I'll have my hubby home for two days.  The weekends pass by so fast though!  We may go to the beach, or we may stick around and do errands and organize the house.  We also need to plan our trip to Texas next week.  So much to do.
