The second weekend in February we drove to Orlando for a fun family Friday at Disneyworld.
We spent the night and had the privilege to attend a friend's wedding on Saturday. The boys were especially excited since they have never been to a wedding. They really enjoyed the mariachi band and blowing bubbles. All our children enjoyed dancing the night away too and really got into it. :) It was a fun celebration!
The second weekend in February my friend Lorrie and her Mom and girls came down from Kentucky for a week's visit. We spent three days at Disneyworld which was quite hectic. It was so nice to see them again. I just wish we would have gotten a bit more down time together to chat and catch up. Here are some pictures from their visit.
And this last Sunday we drove south three hours to participate in the baptism of our goddaughter Kiara! It was wonderful to be a part of this beautiful sacrament! Juliette just LOVED holding the baby and can't wait for her baby brother to arrive in about three month's time.
And that concludes our busy February! There were a few crazy moments like when Gabe found out the evening before we were heading down to Disneyworld that our van was leaking radiator fluid, or that our roof leaks when it rains and you don't notice until you step on the wet rug with socks. Thankfully I was able to take the smaller car down to Orlando and Lorrie toted my other child in her van so it all worked out. And hubby was awesome and changed our radiator in time for our baptism trip. God is good and everything worked out.
I will be back tomorrow to share a few more pictures of Juliette holding baby Kiara because they are just to precious not to post. And a few from the couple of hours we spent at the beach Sunday evening.
