Florida fall has finally arrived! We haven't turned on the AC for the past few days and it's been glorious! Open windows and fresh air. It has been reaching 82 by the afternoon but no humidity. And 57 degrees when I woke up this morning. :) Hopefully this wonderful weather will continue!

This past week was wonderful despite my allergies/mild cold. I am actually feeling a lot better today but I think hubby is now catching something. :/ We were able to get caught up in school (two weeks) and Elias completed all his 1st quarter tests. I uploaded both boy's grades and tests onto the Seton website and they are A+ students. :)

I taught my first "real" piano lesson this week. I hope my student enjoyed it as much as I did. Elias and Aidan are also progressing wonderfully with their piano. I try to have them practice twice a day. It has been so nice to be involved in music again even if it's in such a small way.

Speaking of music, this Sunday I am starting back up my music job playing and singing for Mass on Sundays at a small church a 40 minute drive away. I am looking forward to getting back to it and hope to continue until Gabe graduates next May.

Gabe and I were honored today and asked to be godparents! Our second godchild, (a girl this time!) is expected in February! We are so excited! :)

Please keep my grandmother in your prayers. She has Alzheimers and has recently been transferred to hospice care. She does not eat much anymore and we don't think she has much longer to live. Please pray especially for my grandfather who is having a hard time watching his wife deteriorate and not know who he is anymore. Also, please remember my sister Melissa in your prayers. She is due with my 2nd nephew in about four weeks!

Tonight we had a fun family night - movie, popcorn and hot chocolate. I am really looking forward to our schedules slowing down over the next few weeks and hope to just relax and spend quality family time together.
Have a wonderful weekend! Happy fall!
