Last Weekend

In the morning we went to a local park to see a re-enactment of a battle that took place in Gainesville during the Civil War.  The guys really got into it and went all out with their uniforms, guns and canons.  The boys weren't too sure about the guns and the canons were definitely very loud.  Juliette however didn't mind one bit and just hung out on Daddy's back in the ergo.

In the afternoon Mommy & Juliette stayed home and Daddy took the boys to the circus with another friend and his son.  They had a grand time, and brought back stories of the animals and fun acts they had seen.

Sunday morning we drove out to Starke for Mass and made it in time for Adoration, the rosary and confession.  It was nice to see all the Starke parish folk again since we hadn't been out for about six weeks.  After Mass everyone prayed another rosary outside for peace in the world before gathering in the hall for fellowship.  Everyone was hoping I was back to play the piano and sing, but I just don't know how often we'll be making the 40 minute drive out there anymore.  We had a nice lazy afternoon relaxing while it rained and stormed outside.  It was nice to spend some quality family time prepping for another week.
