Well, it seems I have been in a blogging funk. I have been wanting to get back to blogging lately but it's one of those things that the more I let it slide, the more I dreaded getting back to it. Well, here I am and hopefully I won't let it slide so much in the future.
I can't believe February is already upon us! The Christmas season passed by too fast. Somehow that seems to happen every year. We had a wonderful trip to Texas to visit my family. I'll have to do a post and pictures on that soon. We're finally getting back into the flow of things back home.
Last weekend I traveled down south with Juliette to my sister's for her baby shower. It was a fun little get-away. Thanks to my hubby and neighbor for watching the boys while I was gone.
My February calendar is slowly filling up. Next weekend we are going camping in the Tampa area with a couple families. My boys can't wait! On the 29th we will be accompanying Gabe up to Boston. He has a conference up there and he will be giving a talk on his research. We were thinking about driving, but my mother-in-law generously helped us out and we purchased plane tickets. Our friends in the Boston area have kindly offered to let us stay with them three nights and then we will be heading down to New York where we will meet up with Gabe's mother and grandmother for a week of fun and sightseeing. We are hoping to get down to the Washington DC area for some sight seeing as well.
I can't believe I missed posting Juliette's 4 month post and pictures! I'll try to do that this week. Now off to pick hymns for Mass this Sunday.
