Waiting for the baby to fall asleep....

Juliette is rocking in her swing and every now and then she starts wiggling around like crazy.  Maybe the result of Mama eating too much chocolate today?  I'm waiting for her to fall asleep so I can bring her to bed and go to sleep.  Meanwhile I've been doing some party planning for our All Saints Day Party at the park next Tuesday.

Poor hubby is sick next to me and already fast asleep.  He either has a cold or really bad allergies.  I feel so bad when he's sick which thankfully isn't that often.  I've been so thankful that we have been healthy lately.  I can't remember the last time we were all sick.

Gabe's Mom has been here for two weeks and she leaves tomorrow morning.  It has been really nice having another pair of hands to help out around the house.  I still haven't had to cook a meal since having Juliette and she'll be 6 weeks on Thursday.  We have been very blessed by friends and family.

I have so much on my mind and so much to do.  I feel like my "to do" list will never end. (Just checked on Juliette and her eyes are half closed with no recent wiggle spells so I think she's on her way out...)  I need to get back to the gym on Monday.  I haven't been since having the baby and I'm looking forward to getting in a good workout.  I am going to try and start running so hopefully that will help me lose the lbs faster this time around.  It depresses me just to look in the mirror, let alone get on a scale.

The past couple of days Elias has been talking about going home with Teta for a visit.  Gabe asked him if it was OK if we all stayed here and he flew home with Teta.  He said, that's fine!  I can talk to you all on the phone and see you on skype!  Maybe when he's a bit older we'll let him have a grandparent visit on his own....

I'm so behind on my blogging it's terrible.  I don't see how I'll be able to catch up.  I've been keeping things updated on facebook though.  Well, tomorrow I'm going to my first birth meet-up at my midwife office.  All the Mamas who have had homebirths meet up once a month with their kids to chat and share snacks.  Also have Mama's night out tomorrow which will be nice.  We're going to try a new restaurant.

To do list for the rest of this week -

- Finish planning All Saints Day Party
- Call Fr. C and set up time to practice new music
- Finish cleaning up my room
- Call Firestation to set up field trip
- Clean bathrooms & wash guest room sheets
- Finish writing thank you cards
- Sew/put together boys All Saints Day Costumes
- Pick music for Mass on Sunday
