7 Quick Takes

I'm feeling rather tired and blah at the moment.  I guess taking the boys to the park this morning and staying up until 1 AM last night did me in!  I would like to take a nap but I guess I should be starting dinner soon and pick up the living room.  I did have a lot of motivation the past few days to start cleaning up various rooms and organizing but that has obviously left me today.  Soon it will be time for spring cleaning and switching out winter for summer clothes.

It has gotten so much warmer!  High 70's and supposed to hit 80 tomorrow!  Before we know it our short spring will soon be over and summer will be here in full force.  That's FL for ya....this morning I was sitting inside with the boys we heard such a loud birds outside and there were hundreds of geese flying overhead.  They were so pretty!

I've decided to ban Kieran from eating any more blueberries.  The result of eating many blueberries is a very messy diaper and messes on other places and I've had to give him a bath the past few days after his dirty diaper.  Sorry Kieran!   I do know how you love those blueberries, but it's too much work for Mama!

I'm hoping I can take a two week visit back home to WA to visit my family.  The tickets went up this morning and I'm hoping they'll go down after the weekend so I can purchase them.  Yes, I may be a little bit crazy trying to fly with three little boys by myself across the country, but I think it's worth it.  And I'm pretty sure we could do it.

One of the boys favorite past times is stripping down to their underwear and dancing around the house.  I don't know why they enjoy it so much but it's oh so funny and cute.  I do like seeing their little tiny tizos (bums in Arabic)

I have been so hungry because I am pregnant.  I don't really enjoy being hungry because I don't like to eat much in the first place.  The small amount of morning sickness that I had (just feeling a tiny bit nauseous) has pretty much disappeared.  Fried food smells and tastes so good to me.  Sometimes I imagine I feel the baby already moving but I don't know if that is even possible.  I am just amazed at how quickly the baby forms and grows when it's only a couple inches long!  I am waiting until I'm 12 weeks to make my first appointment so we will hopefully be able to hear the heartbeat on the first visit!

Plans for the weekend - clean up around the house, cut the boys hair, play for Mass on Sunday and Sunday dinner and games with friends.  Happy weekend all!
