We have been in southern CA for a little over a week now and we are definitely enjoying our time. However, I do miss my immediate family and I wish we could be with you too. Sadly, Kieran has a cold and Aidan is coming down with one. I think I may be too. (a few hours later, I'm def. coming down with one)
A couple hours later and I'm sitting down and waiting for midnight mass. Gabe and I just finished up some breakfast preparations for tomorrow. I made some cardamom apricot bread and Gabe is making an egg dish. We ate a nice big dinner at 7:30 and the boys are in bed napping. We'll have to get them up shortly. The adults are watching TV and having some orange hookah. Kieran is sleeping on Gabe's back. The fire is still going and it's quite cozy.
Tomorrow we are going to sleep in, eat a big breakfast and open gifts and the boys have stockings.
