Vacation Bible School

Last week we were very busy with vacation Bible school!  We had to be there every morning by 8, which meant leaving at 7:30.  We were home by 1 but I didn't have much energy for blogging or doing anything the rest of the day.  It was a very fun-filled and memorable week.  The program we used was Cat Chat: A Wilderness Adventure Through the Sacraments.  Each day the children learned about one or two sacraments, saints and a virtue.  Aidan & Kieran were in the little nursery where they did some fun crafts and things, Elias went around to the different stations with a group, and I volunteered in the craft room which was a lot of fun.  Yesterday after Mass the children put on a little music/dance performance with three of the songs they worked on through-out the week.  Elias refused to go up on stage but Aidan did a good job participating in one of the numbers.
